Steaks as good as owner Hugo's rags to riches story. Former shoe shine boy made grill god hooks some of the most delicious, juiciest steaks around - plus all the trimmings. Start with mollejas, chinchulines trenzados and then corte especial for the main. Snug San Telmo location with all the futbol pennants by far the best. Befriend the curly haired Hugo and you may get a visit to his special wine cave nearby. Wide-eyed, sallivating turistas love the razor-sharpened spoon that cuts the beef trick (cause it's just that tender, you see!) A little kitsch but we'll buy it.
