La Buca di Ripetta

Editorial Review

The young Andrea Corbo and his team present simple, traditional plates that reflect a commendable knowledge and passion for Roman gastronomy. The menu hits all the spots and comes at a price point that allows you to loosen a belt hole. Fresh, local grilled vegetables, Bucatini all'Amatricianna, and zuppa di pasta e cecci are all-stars. There is not a wine on the menu that will leave you unsatisfied. Good luck saving room for i dolci.
