Belgrano School Art fanooks, stencil jockeys, and a few stray rasta-chetos rockin' out to up-and-coming bands (your 19-year-old stoner cousin's unheard of noise metal cumbia fusion band). ProyectArte kids represent like they're giving away free spray paint (They're not). The more mature 30-something set drops in when the jazz music emanates from the stage.
