A beloved local coffee company opens up restaurant and barrista bar with a menu by chef Michael Cimarusti of the Michelin-starred Providence. The fare is far more inspired than any other local café food. (See pumpkin polenta, grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich). The décor slightly misfires: a bling gold chandelier, “Alice and Wonderland” tea party chairs and a large painting of a Greco-Roman scene. Go for the coffee, hold the scene.
