Editorial Review

Spanish basement circa 1930, or '50, or '70—kinda timeless, in fact, despite the recent spruce-up. Authentic tapas taste stands out in cluttered field of trendy pretenders. Affordable paellas and sangrias, stupid good grilled lamb chops with french fries. Order patatas bravas ("fierce potatoes") and feel manly and gay all at once. Casual dining room, great familial vibe. Actual Spaniards abound, always a good sign.
