Decorated like the crumbling walls of a Roman village house, this rustic Italian restaurant hasn't changed much over the years. Neither the gorgonzola-drenched asparagus nor the gigantic tri-color salad have ever been wiped from the tiny chalkboard in back. Standing at the front bar is boarding a flight at O'Hare, leaving people crowded in the entryway or standing outside waiting for tables. Considering what you're paying, the quality of the pasta can often be hit-or-miss.
