Apparently, an all-meat diet is what makes Argentines so fine. Dig into an enormous plate of mixed grill, with two kinds of sausage, skirt steak, tripe, and sweetbreads. Knife- and rope-heavy décor completes carnivorous vibe. Top it off with a strangely stimulating mate tea, or one of many well-selected wines.
