This family-run Beachwood-strip brasserie is a perfect place to grab a wicker chair on the sidewalk, order a glass of Sancerre, and pick apart the passersby (some of whom are big-name Scientologists heading to the French-chateau-like “Celebrity Centre” just across the street).
