La Régalade is where Yves Camdeborde started his bistronomic revolution, and the place remains immensely popular despite his departure for hype-monster Comptoir du Relais. Bruno Doucet’s kitchen holds true to the founder’s formula: inventive menus, generous portions, and affordable wine. The beloved all-you-can-eat pork terrine starter remains. Closed Saturday and Sunday, plus Monday lunch.
