La Régalade, that bastion of bistronomy way out on the city's southern edge, now has a central Paris location on the rue Saint-Honoré. Chef Bruno Doucet continues to turn out crazy delicious classics, like seasonal asparagus with langoustines or crisp-skinned pork belly with lentils, all executed with bright ingredients and sharp technique. Three-course menu only €33, and wine list is stocked with affordable gems like a 2007 Pinot Gris from Ostertag for €40. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
