Rustic, raucous and reminiscent of the block’s meatpacking days, this informal bistro trucks on with a simple formula: waiters in black aprons, bric-a-brac deco, and serious quantities of meat. A single gut-busting plate runs around €23, and the full à la carte experience is closer to €45. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
