You’re in for a premier vegetarian treat. With no menu to speak of, La Zucca Magica surprises using local produce to dream up hearty lasagna and Piemontese delights. Vegans gasp when they discover that nearly every dish involves oodles of butter and fromage; they're shockingly unyielding. A playful atmosphere, rooted in Italian colors and fairytale gourds, reflects the approach Marco Folicaldi and Rossella Bolmida take on their cuisine. Oceanside dining isn’t shabby either.
