BlackBook Lowdown

Just why this Cuban restaurant with seemingly a million locations all over South Florida is called Las Vegas is anyone's guess. It's not even to say they offer splashy cocktails or stripping waitresses or anything remotely Vegas-y, because the menu is as Cuban as can be: Black beans, roast pork, shredded beef with peppers, all of it straight up. Someone will figure it all out someday. Or not.
