Take a 75 year-old BBQ chicken joint and add bad boy celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and what do you get? A Montreal institution re-born with a gutter mouth. Oh, but we like it dirty, don't we? A fresh coat of white paint on the walls can't take away all those years of yummy grit on the rotisserie. Get down and greasy with beef sliders and poutine, or go for comfort with chicken pot pie and French onion soup. It ain't fancy. It ain't cheap. But the chicken's so good you might just drop the f-bomb.
