Let's be clear: Yves Camdeborde's new "wine bar" is an over-lit shoebox with no seating and only a shiny metal counter upon which to lean. So don't come here expecting comfort. In fact, don't come here at all. Leave the space... and the croquettes, and the magnum of Morgon, and the Breton artichoke dipped in olive oil, and the thyme-speared sea scallop, and the duck neck with toasted garlic, and the oxtail croque, and the nutella chocolate waffle, and second and third orders of croquettes... for me. (Open every day from morning to late. Takeout crèpes and sandwiches, too).
