One of the best bistros in Chicago, Le Bouchon says au revoir to mediocre frog fare with a disdainful sniff in favor of veal kidneys with mustard sauce and duck ragout prepared to perfection. The white tablecloth service and vintage tile floor create a romantic, quiet room that is c'est magnifique. Come Monday for half-price bottles of wine or Tuesdays for a $22 prix fixe with any starter, any entrée and any dessert.
