Mix a cheap bistro français and The Godfather set’s charm and you’ve got Le Cocquetel. Alas there are no stylish Kartell furnishings, Maseratis parked outside, or models primping and priming. But hold your tongue! ‘Cuz that doesn’t mean hundreds of Milan’s young and edgy won’t shove their way to this outdoor, summer-time favorite. The buffet is passable at best, but where else can you self-inebriate on shamefully cheap, birra chiara with your bff-of-the-night?
