Even the bathrooms are a draw at this gorgeous former mansion. Philippe Starck’s cheeky neo-Empire interior pits bare brick against marble, gilt, and vintage chandeliers (check the black crystal in the back room). The result is an exquisite setting for Thierry Burlot’s seasonal New French. Expect luxe eats like black-truffle risotto, oyster ravioli, scallops with caviar, or vanilla-scented roast lobster. €59 lunch and €100+ at night. Closed Saturday lunch and all day Sunday.
