Once upon a time, this was a quiet little village creperie. An expanded menu that includes French bistro classics like french onion soup, homemade foie gras and steak-frites now makes it one of the few restaurants to draw nearby mainlanders in droves. Plenty of personality, considering its home is in a strip mall.
