Serious carnivores cross town for this new Christian Etchebest table in the far-fifteenth. Side-of-animal is the house specialty - côte de boeuf, porc, veau – with portions sized for two. Order the lamb and the waiter might bring its liver as a surprise. The red meat-timid can order lobster, but vegetarians stay at home. Lunchtime menu is a different game with a longer list of more creative offerings. Closed Saturday lunch and all day Sunday. Also runs Le Troquet and La Cantine du Troquet.
