One of the most talked-about openings of late 2008, and not without reason. Former chef from les Fines Gueules and his partner run a friendly lunch table in the residential 14th. Prestige products (everybody’s daddy is named) and simple, old-school preparations. Plenty of vins naturels and top-notch meat from the superstar butcher next door. Open every day for lunch; private dinners organized by request.
