This is something decidedly quirky about this brunch haven. Maybe it's the mismatch of sparkly green booths against the salmon colored tables. Maybe it's the jars of jam placed beside the collection of Belgian beers. Or that waiters cease eye contact as they bustle to turn over the next table. In line, King East condo dwellers and George Brown students have a pained expression on their face while watching patrons indulge in Belgian waffles and cheesy croque monsieurs.
