Editorial Review

The classic French fare is passable, but the real draw is its precious marble horseshoe bar, an excellent place to plonk down an elbow and watch the V-d-T scene outside. The tiny space is trussed with old posters and gleaming mirrors, and the whole vibe adds up to some nostalgic, platonic ideal of le vrai Paris. With a disarminly shiny silver turkish toilet in the back.
