A new offering from Hugues Gournay and Anne Surcouf, who previously delighted left-bank locals with their restaurant Le Reminet. Le Saotico (which takes its name from a type of shrimp and not the similar sounding medical condition) is currently a lunch table open only Monday to Friday. Later in the fall, they'll be serving their fresh market cooking at least one evening per week, and they're willing to open up at other times if you can promise to bring ten friends.
