Christian Liagre, of Mercer fame, redesigned the old Sereno Beach Hotel two years ago and made interior magazines everywhere go bananas. Jil Sander & Dior Homme-types book the 37 rooms with plasma TVs, iPods, and Parisian Ex Voto toiletries that are theft worthy. Bathrooms have deep soaking tubs and beach bags that come with his-and-hers flip-flops. Agrophobes can chill in personal outdoor showers or private terraces and gardens. If you want some action, check out the hidden cove protected by coral reefs. Extras include complimentary limousine service to and from the airport, the Blanc Bleu Boutique, and a cocktail lounge.
