Until very recently, this tiny bistro on the gastronomically gifted rue Paul Bert was on everybody’s list. Then the owners departed for the left bank to open Itinéraires. The show goes on with a new team that is still putting out creative French. Distraught regulars cry foul, but blissfully unaware tourists can’t tell the difference. Keep it as a backup if you can’t get into the Bistrot Paul Bert. Closed Sunday and Monday.
