Petite and pretty piece of Paris on left coast (and pronounced "zang"). Owners know their vin (they did own a wine bar in Paris), concentrating on French with some California thrown in for good measure. House-smoked salmon, escargot in garlic butter, Niman Ranch steak frites, fresh oysters, and leafy patio seating. Spotty service, though some might call it authentic French.
