Be tamed by the soothing Cannois waves over a chilled glass of Prosecco and seafood. Fusion-Provençal that relies on presentation and tangy sauces to establish a progressive authenticity. Appreciate the cream and rouge chairs and matching canopies above that block out the intensity of the Cannes hoity-toity. The football field lighting, illuminating the sea, may seem a bit tacky, but the moonlight just doesn’t cut it.
