Park City lunchtime favorite, no bells, no whistles. Sammy’s like that other kid's mom always used to make—big, piled with fresh sprouts, farmhouse avocados, honey smoked free range turkey and the promise of a better tomorrow. House horshraddish is a kick to the head, if on hand. Popular with the high school lunch rush, which turns out to be a pickier crowd than it may seem. No sitting, just getting and going. The faster you get your deli roast beef away from prying eyes, the sooner you can embarrass yourself with mayonnaise glee.
