Philippe Tredgeu, ex–Chez Casimir, works the kitchen, while his wife, Catherine, takes the house—hence the pun on “entre Tredgeus.” Warm, yellow, and suitably worn dining room. Neobistro cuisine is playful, with interesting combos of French ingredients du marché. Expect pairings like foie gras–stuffed pigeon, leg of lamb with endive au gratin, and porchetta-stuffed rabbit. For dessert, hit the rum baba with prunes and a beery stout ice cream. Be sure to reserve for the €22 lunch, €30 dinner. Closed Sunday and Monday.
