Like a new age Taco Bell. Soothing music, low lighting, Tex-Mex menu. Aims for healthy, with five salad options, low-carb picks, and fresh ingredients. Empanada Mama alum in the kitchen. Not the most authentic, but short rib tacos and Yucatan-style roast chicken deliver. Organic wines in generous pours, plus margaritas and sangrias. Low-key alternative has potential to be solid standby.
