Editorial Review

As if you didn't have reason enough to want to swing by the L'Ermitage on any given night, now you've got several. Namely spaghetti carbonara with wagyu and soy mirin pork belly. Chef Joseph Elevado is constantly playing with a marriage of Italian and Asian cuisine, and the result is something as sophisticated (picture gleaming hardwood floors, abstract paintings and a hidden patio) as the hotel his restaurant now resides in.
