Chandeliers drip with crystal, ornate iron rail runs along the second level, and bar grazers interweave near a bust of former, ancient Atlanta Mayor Livingston Mims. Theater hounds soak swank before a show at the nearby Fox Theatre. Super chef Gary Mennie rules the open kitchen with aces like veal porterhouse, soft-shell crab and Georgia white shrimp.
