IN PREVIEW. Name suggests a mouthwash but is actually a Spanish tapas chain, with 200 branches spread across eight countries. Sole NYC location serves up bread-based pintxos. Codfish and green pepper omelettes, artichokes and ham, octopi on a bed of potatoes. Bigger dishes, too, like grilled meat and fish and three kinds of paella. Dark wood and copper accents, with further authenticity in framed black and whites from the old country. ¡Salud!
