Tallulah is out and LM Le Restaurant is in. Brought to us by Stephan Outrequin Quaisser of the Drake Hotel and his wife, Nicole, LM has taken up residence in a Lincoln Square space that's become a revolving door for fine dining. Now bathed in a charming palette of amber, beige and black, and driven by Chef Brad Phillips (Blackbird, NoMi), we're hoping this one has legs. Rethought French classics like the braised veal sweetbreads, pan roasted poussin and herbed crepes are standouts on the young seasonal menu, but it's the top-notch French and global wine selection and the gorgeous enclosed back patio that makes LM a keeper.
