Lacquered the same nerve-jangling red as the rest of the Encore, the Lobby Bar and Cafe is where guests can start the day with a latte or end it with a ginger-pear martini. Not too typically busy, and an easier place to grab a drink at Encore than some of the other, more crowd-packed spots.
