Editorial Review

A chef that keeps it real, but doesn't break his back. No cows allowed (dairy is, apparently, okay). A changing menu based on seasonality and what's available: very picky about where the ingredients come from and how they were treated pre-restaurant. Brunch is like a Silver Lake church, and this may become one of the more popular services.
