Surface to Air flagship adds food fare to its fashion plate in cavernous restaurant with goth or barn-house feel, depending on what time the sun hits the glass ceiling. Whitewashed brick walls and underground attitude are enjoyed by international types and local indie designers who mix their oui with sim as easily as their whiskey and caipirinhas. Main dining area is crowned with skeleton support draped in rope with bulbs at the ends, with angled mirrors along the walls reflecting diners slurping down ceviche and squid in Brazilian bacchanalia. Setup of candles in various melted stages gives extra medieval effect.
