Editorial Review

Straight up knockoff of a hip NYC restaurant. Modern American cuisine in a restored mining cabin that Aspen transplants/owners pimped out with crystal chandeliers and mirrors. Menu highlights are Duck Confit, Smoked Sea Scallops, and the favorite Rocky Mountain Lamb Rack. Self-described “shabby chic”, the prices aren’t so shabby but the crowd and vibe are super chic. Nestled in downtown Aspen, LuLu will keep your hip crew smiling and drunk if the massive wine list is taken advantage of. Don’t forget to keep insulation up for the slopes by trying the Chocolate Guinness Goodness.
