Good Chinese food is ubiquitous and cheap in Hong Kong, so there are problems with recommending a three-Michelin-star (the only one in Hong Kong—Chan Yan-tak is the only Chinese chef ever to get three of those babies) Chinese restaurant at the Four Seasons. Lung King Heen serves predominantly Cantonese fare, but there are many dishes from other provinces, and it’s hard to categorize nowadays. Best just to call it Chinese food.
