Bailed out of the fire and flood, subterranean space is more gorgeous than ever. Get all Young Yacht on Soho's rawest fare. Fish food is brain food! Down too much of That Bourbon Drink and suddenly it's the QE2 again and you're getting seasick in a potted plant. Watch out for the big game hunters docked at the bar. Don't leave without some herb-stuffed whole dorado, chorizo mussel soup, and fluffy calamari.
