Mado Market & Eatery

Editorial Review

Husband and wife team Rob and Allison Leavitt (formerly of Landmark) bring a combination of great food, sustainability and style to Wicker Park. Using local farms and markets, they list dishes like raw sunchokes with lemon and parsley, or house-made salami and coppa (pork-shoulder sausage) on their daily-changing menu, in addition to the house-cured charcuterie, house-made pastas, and wood-fired and rotisserie meats. Enjoy it all – including the Allison’s killer desserts – in an environmentally chic setting replete with an old, wooden farm table and a hodge-podge of recycled materials used for furnishings.
