Editorial Review

There’s only so many things you can do with sake and soju, and these guys have figured out every last one of them. Sleek decor, snug space, mysterious Russian owners lend an air of danger and possibility. Young, inoffensive, non-frat types predominate. DJ spins electronica and hip-hop to twentysomethings chilling in the mod digs. Tapas and sandwiches for lunch if you care. Two words: Liquor license.
