Some places just exist, despite all logic to the contrary. Take, for example, a fairly forgettable, family-style pizza/spaghettery, located smack-dab in the middle of some of the most hotly contested restaurant space in America. The part of your brain that feels hot with illogic right now? Well, that part of your brain hasn’t been to Park City Pizza and Pasta. Apparently. Folks who otherwise don’t eat a dish that’s not somehow festooned with arugula, stuff their faces with serviceable-but-not-exceptional meatballs and specialty pizzas like “The Cholesterol Hiker.” In vinyl booths, no less! Think of the children! And there are so many windows!
