Make-Out Room

Editorial Review

Reliably jovial stop on the 22nd Street corridor with kooky décor like the debris of an “80s Prom” theme party. No-nonsense bartenders sling cheap drinks including a tasty Dark N’ Stormy and, awesomely, no energy drinks whatsoever. Mixed bag of DJs—some good, some clueless—nevertheless get things movin on weekend nights. Stage hosts a bouillabaise of acts: chamber music, poetry readings and a Muni-themed lit night. Happy hour lasts until 10pm!
