Though the name might suggest otherwise, Mambo Café is all about salsa. Live Latin bands play every night to hard core dance fanatics. If you're new to the genre, come early for lessons with seasoned professionals, then stay around the live dance acts. Everyone joins in around 11:00pm and lasts until the sun comes up.
