It feels like a frat party in Manny's most nights, as a sea of backwards baseball caps parts for servers, pushing through with margaritas, tamale dinner and brisket tacos. There's a reason this is a Tex-Mex favorite in Uptown: reasonable prices, fantastic location and high energy. Just watch your toes—all those stilettos in one place could be dangerous.
