Manuel's

Editorial Review

"Are you sure we’re at the right place?" you ask your friend. "This doesn't look like a Mexican restaurant." No, it’s immaculately clean. It embraces smart design. And the plates aren't cheap. Even for suits on a work lunch. Enchiladas de mole are $17. But that includes 21 different ingredients so artfully mixed that Wine Spectator designated it the best mole in town. At least you get what you pay for.
