Editorial Review

A super-welcome addition, if for no other reason than to educate people here that there's more to Mexican cuisine than gigantic greasy burritos (which are really an American thing, y'all). Occupies a cozy slot on Hayes with kitschy nautical-themed stuff on the walls, devoted to Mexican West Coast seafood and ceviche. Wonderful smells of marinated fish and corn tortillas greet you upon entrance - proceed to gorge on fresh guac, fantastic caldo de camaron and the aforementioned tangy/crunchy ceviche, teeming with muscles, prawns, octopus, and Dungeness crab. All complimented perfectly with a cold Negro Modelo.
