Mario's Bistro is primely located in the village of Sandy Ground overlooking the Marigot channel just past the blue bridge. Though incredibly romantic, it's chef Mario Tardif who really hits the right notes, with dishes such as the baked mahimahi with a macadamia nut crust and the grilled Tuna with blue cheese and gnocchi.
